About Us
About Rutong — Surfaces for Architecture & Interiors
Rutong New Material helps architects, interior designers and project owners turn design intent into finished walls, ceilings and facades. We bring together eight collections of decorative materials, made to order in China, and manage every step from first sample to final delivery.
Behind every project is one dedicated contact who coordinates development, production, inspection and shipping across all eight collections, so you can specify with confidence and keep your site on schedule.
One partner, every surface

About us
A decorative materials partner behind your finish schedule
Rutong New Material, registered as Foshan Rutong Construction Technology Co., Ltd., develops and supplies decorative materials for hospitality, residential and commercial interiors. We sit between production and your project team, translating design intent into repeatable, shippable finishes.
Material development
Eight collections under one roof: flexible stone, PVC and carbon crystal wall panels, translucent panels, 3D art wall tiles, art glass , PU components, natural wallcoverings and sculpted paper ceilings.
Made-to-order production
Sizes, thicknesses, reliefs and finishes follow your drawing or reference sample rather than a fixed catalogue range.
Export handling
Seaworthy packing, container loading with photo records, and the documents your forwarder and customs need.
Project support
Specification sheets, sample sets, setting-out advice and a single contact from enquiry to shipment.
How we keep quality consistent
Approved sample first
Production begins against a sample you have signed off, so colour, texture and thickness are agreed before volume runs.
Batch control
Raw materials and finished batches are checked against the approved reference; panel lots are kept consistent within a project.
Inspection welcome
Pre-shipment inspection and third-party checks can be arranged; loading photos are shared with every shipment.

Who we work with
The same material is handled differently for a site team than for a warehouse. We adapt samples, packing and paperwork to whichever side you are on.

Setting-out advice, cut sizes and phased deliveries that match the site programme. Send your finishes schedule.
Hotel & hospitality groups
Sample approval before bulk runs, batch consistency across rooms and phases, replacement quantities kept available.
Distributors & importers
Repeatable specifications, private-label packing, marketing images and stable pricing for container programmes.
Architects & designers
Custom developments from a reference board, technical sheets and physical samples for client presentations.
Export paperwork
Documents prepared with every shipment
Tell us what your forwarder or consultant needs and we will prepare it alongside the goods – no last-minute chasing before the vessel closes.
Commercial documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and, where required, test reports or declarations for the material family.
Packing declaration
Crate and pallet counts, weights and dimensions for your customs entry and for onward inland transport.
Loading evidence
Numbered photos of every crate, plus a loading video when requested, sent before the container gate-in.
