Before you write
How quickly will I get a reply?
Enquiries sent during China working hours (Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00 GMT+8) are usually answered the same working day, including first pricing indications.
Do you charge for samples?
Sample pieces are supplied so you can approve colour, texture and thickness before committing to volume. Depending on the item the courier cost may be charged, and sample value can be deducted from a following bulk order.
Can you quote CIF or door-to-door?
Yes. Give us the destination port or address along with the target on-site date and we will quote FOB, CIF or door-to-door so you can compare.
Can samples or production be inspected?
Pre-shipment inspection can be carried out by your own team or a third-party agency. We welcome it and provide batch records, photos and loading videos as standard.
