Continuous Pattern Background Wall panels are printed so that the design runs across several adjoining sheets, forming one large mural – landscapes, marble veins or abstract art – without visible repeats. They are planned to your wall size before production.

What is carbon crystal board?
Carbon crystal board is a co-extruded wall panel with a bamboo-charcoal / PVC core and a decorative film laminated on the face. It gives the look of wood, stone, fabric or metal at a fraction of the weight and cost, and installs directly on walls without painting.
What sizes and thicknesses are available?
Standard sheets are 1220 mm wide in 2440, 2600, 2800 and 3000 mm lengths, at 5, 8 or 9 mm thickness. Custom lengths, colours and embossing are available for project orders.
Is it waterproof and fire-rated?
The PVC-based core does not absorb water, so it can be used in bathrooms, kitchens and other humid areas. Fire-rated (B1) versions are available – tell us the fire standard required for your project and we will confirm the matching board and test reports.
How is it installed?
Boards are fixed with nail-free adhesive or clips directly onto a flat wall or a light timber/metal frame. Joints can be finished with matching trims, and the board can be V-grooved to wrap external corners.
What is the minimum order?
One 20GP container, and different models, finishes and other categories from our range can be mixed in it. Samples are available before you order.
