About PU Breeze Blocks
PU breeze blocks recreate the look of classic concrete and terracotta screen blocks in lightweight polyurethane. Each panel measures 1200 × 600 mm and carries a full grid of hollow units, so one panel replaces dozens of individual blocks. Single-sided panels go against a wall as a 3D feature; double-sided panels build free-standing partitions that let light and air through.
Typical applications
- Partition walls and room dividers
- Door heads and entrance features
- Reception and background walls
- Café, restaurant and retail facades
- Corridors and lift lobbies
PU Breeze Blocks – frequently asked questions
What is PU (polyurethane) decorative material?
Polyurethane is a lightweight, high-density polymer that can be cast with very fine surface detail. PU decorative panels look like stone, concrete or timber but weigh a fraction as much, resist water and low temperatures, and do not rot or crack.
How are PU panels installed?
Two methods are used. Method 1: measure, level, then fix the panels with structural adhesive and an air nail gun. Method 2: measure, level, then fix with lock screws. Panels are cut with a circular saw, butt-jointed, and joints are caulked and touched up; prefabricated corners are available for external corners.
Can PU panels be used outdoors?
PU panels are waterproof and resist low temperatures. For exterior walls, tell us the location and exposure so we can confirm the right product, coating and fixing method.
Can I order samples or mix products in one container?
Yes. Samples are available before bulk production, and different PU products, colours and our other material categories can be combined in one mixed container.
Can you make custom colours or sizes?
Colours can be matched to your reference, and many items can be adjusted in size for project orders. Send us your drawing or colour code for confirmation.
See more installed examples in our PU project gallery, or send us your drawings for a quotation.
